The angry subway operator

Hey guys, Funtime3Freddy3 here! And today I have another storytime for you guys that happened Sunday, more specifically on July 13th. That Sunday I was at my mom’s parents in Bucharest, for a tiny vacation from all the work at my company. Before continuing this storytime, please visit my visit my company, Funtime3Freddy3 Records, make an account and take a look at https://f3f3records.com/join. Anyway, let’s continue the storytime. I have a new hobby, which is being a photographer and I like taking artistically pictures with no bad intents, this is a very important detail. It was a beautiful and hot Sunday, it was 3:30 PM and I was having an artistic vision and idea of taking some beautiful pictures at the end of the station called ‘Aparatorii Patriei’, a 10 minutes walk from my mom side grandparents’ house. I’ve asked my aunt and my mom if we could go there for 10-20 minutes and take some pictures and come back home. They’ve said ‘yes, but be careful’. We’ve took my aunt car, which by the way, it felt like 100 degrees celcius inside. Beside it was hot outside like 40 and something degrees celcius, inside the car was 100 degrees celcius. When we’ve got there at 4:00 PM, I’ve started taking pictures. But when the subway came, at the third picture with it, the subway operator came from the operator cabin and started yelling at me saying ‘Please stop taking pictures! The subway is a military use only property!’. When I’ve heard that, in my mind was like ‘Wait, this is a public space, nobody have privacy and can be exposed in a public space, right?’ and I’ve said ‘Ok’, in a confused tone. My mom and my aunt said to come inside the subway to ride it for a few stations and come back to ‘Aparatorii Patriei’. I’ve said ‘Ok’ and got inside. When the subway arrived at ‘IBGM’, that’s how the station was called back in the 80s or 90s, the doors opened and I couldn’t resist not taking a picture and I’ve took a peaking picture outside the subway. After that, I could hear the subway honking for 1-2 seconds and then the operator came angry at me and started yelling ‘I’ve said to stop taking pictures! Or I’ll call the cops! This rule is written in the rulebook there on the wall!’. I’ve took a look at the rulebook and at rule 20, there was a rule written and I quote ‘Photography and filming inside the subway are not allowed without the consent of the Metrorex administration.’. I’ve took my lawyer mind and cape and analized the situation better and I wasn’t in the wrong. Where I’ve took the pictures was outside the subway, and there’s no illegality of taking pictures as a visitor of the subway and post it online for artistic, photographic and expression way, of course in a good intents and not in bad intents like showing faces for bad exposures, etc. My pictures in the other hand were for artistic and self expression, plus my pictures were taken without clear faces and even with good AI cannot be exposed. There’s also a human right called ‘The freedom of expression’. Also, at the station ‘Tudor Arghezi’ an announcement came saying this and I quote: ‘Please do not bring backpacks inside the subway, this isn’t allowed!’. So, what the hell guys! Like, who was in the wrong? Because why backpacks aren’t allowed in subway? Like, yeah! The moral of this story is to never do what I did, even if I did something wrong that day, still isn’t cool to take pictures without consent, also never do what the angry subway operator did, read and imply the rules better.
